I know, I haven’t written a blog post for quite awhile, but that can change right about… NOW! Speaking of change, we have been cleaning out our house, completely. I mean completely! Most people don’t love cleaning, well I am not a fan of scrubbing bath tubs, or cleaning 7 year old dust off the top of the cupboards, but hey, I really like to organize, and also de-clutter. Man, I am starting to sound a lot like my Mom. Well, anyway. We started school yesterday, on a Friday. It was us kids idea, we are the ones always asking, “Can we organize something?” “Is there anything else we can get rid of?” “Can we start school?”

Also, more news on the Taviano house hold. Our garden is doing pretty good. We have had 2 giant zucchini! And our tomatoes are starting to turn red and orange. We also have had quite a few bell peppers, a lot of green beans, and some really tasty sugar snap peas. I am a BIG fan of veggies, most people don’t love them, but they are my favorite food (besides Chipotle). I like vegetables roasted in the oven, grilled on the grill, or cooked in a skillet on the stove.  I also love home made salsa and guac! YUM! Well, I will be sure to write some more blog posts through out the school year, and if you want some more updates right this minute, my sister Ava has been writing a pretty long blog post this evening, so if you want to go to her blog (or maybe you’ve already been to it) just click here, and that should take you to it. I haven’t seen it yet, but it has some of the same stuff, and some that I have not written, that I may talk about later.

Also, I have a question for you.
What is your favorite Vegetable?
And what is your favorite way to eat, or cook it?

I don’t think I can pick a favorite! I love red, yellow and orange peppers–cut up and fresh or in salsa or fajitas.

I love broccoli and mushrooms roasted in the oven with olive oil and garlic salt.

I also love garden fresh sugar snap peas!

We just picked quite a few sugar snap peas! I also have fried some mushrooms recently, my Dad said that he wanted 60 cause he liked them so much:) I would have 60, but there are never that many in the container that they come in. We got our first tomato from our garden today, it is really big, and we have a lot of orange and yellow ones on the way! Tell Stewart, Isabelle, Jack, and even Lila that I said “Hi”. And even tell yourself that I said “Hi!” Thanks!

I love brussel sprouts roasted. Most people don’t like them though. How do you like to eat them (besides opening your mouth, and putting it in)?

    Livi,

I’m going to tell you the same thing I said on Ava’s post:

I was just thinking a week or so ago that I hadn’t seen any blog posts from any of you sisters for quite a while. Glad that’s been remedied 🙂

You remind me of my daughter. She loves veggies -and any kind of food, really. I can’t think of one single food that she doesn’t like…………..she’s 3 and I hope she continues to eat so well. I think she got that habit from her Dad, who will eat just about anything.

Hmm, my favorite veggie is probably broccoli (with cheese on it).

I like broccoli with cheese on it also. Yeah, we haven’t written any posts since the winter, but now Ava has even written 2:)
